What are your parameters which seperate an MS64 Walker from an MS65? I have about 20 MS64's from the 30's and 40's in PCGS and NGC holders. Thanks for your input.

The thing about mint state coins is that their grading is more subjective than circulated coins. With circulated coins you can look at particular features of the coin and assess whether they are visible. With mint state coins, you have to somewhat subjectively look at various eye appeal factors -- the number of hits, the location of the hits, the luster, that sort of thing. There is no real *definition* of what an MS-65 is versus an MS-64 as compared to a definition of VF-20 versus XF-40 in a grading guide.
It's sort of like the old Potter Stewart/Supreme Court definition of pornography: We can't define it, but we know it when we see it. That's pretty much how mint state coins are graded!
It could be a 66 or 67 and it will never go over 64-65 because of the Strike ! (which is BS)
S mints from the 40's are the worst.
64-65 is a difficult call !
Any that look better than that are probably MS65.

Whose coin? I think mine is very borderline (which means I like the cheaper grade )... there aren't a ton of hits--slight weakness on the hand. Great lustre... could go either way.
