Well im not the sharpest pencil in the cup but im thinking the plat.membership might be best since i am really paying about 89 a year instead of 99 every yr. and i get 8 submissions? plus any others i want to pay for. then i get to choose from the coin grading/countfit book OR a PF69 coin. i think for my place in life the book would be MUCH better of a choice.
think im on the right track ?

i know my heart and all is in the right place but am i missing the boat all together?
2- I don't see any compelling financial reason to slab an XF 1859 cent. It's a nice type coin--don't entomb it, it won't be worth more
3- Are you selling? Do you need the gradings? They'll always be available if you choose to sell later on.
Think about those... then save your money. A platinum membership costs as much as an UNC $5 Liberty...
Get your pencil out, sharpen it up and figure this out:
1. How many pre-1965 coins will you submit this year?
2. How many pre-1965 coins will you submit next year?
3. How many post-1965 coins will you submit this year?
4. How many post-1965 coins will you submit next year?
5. How many coins over $300 will you submit this year?
6. How many coins over $300 will you submit next year?
A = Multiply #1 * 16
B = Multiply #2 * 16
C = Multiply #3 * 12
D = Multiply #4 * 12
E = Multiply #5 * 30
F = Multiply #6 * 30
G = Multiply #1 * 30
H = Multiply #2 * 16
Putting a $15 value on the book then
If G+H is less than 84, Join Silver
If A+C+E is greater than 84, Join Gold
If A+B+C+D+E+F is greater than 164, Join Platinum
