Scam/Bad Ebay Forum?

Just curious, as it seems the number of threads lately about these types of activities has gone up, was wondering if a seperate forum would be advisable to keep them all in one spot? Would help (I think) for tracking history of bad traders/scammers, etc.

Thoughts?

but at least these scams are entertaining to watch, just a shame people have to get taken in the process.
