does anyone know how to block a bidder with this new eBay format?

Block a bidder? You mean in eBay? (If you have to block them in PayPal, it's too late.) I blocked an eBay bidder this morning; the one who said they might leave neutral for any seller who didn't leave them a positive before they did. Same as always. I don't know that you can block PayPal IDs, if that's what you mean; then again, that seems like closing the barn door after the horses have all escaped.

I mean Ebay...paypal was a typo...ive blocked dozens of people on the bay before but cant find the link to add to the block list with this new ebay format.
