Someone want to explain to me what the Nets are trying to do?

First they deal Kenyon Martin, now they get rid of Kittles with Kidd recovering from surgery. I can't say that I mind it too much because I am a Pacers fan (I'm originally from Naptown). This is good news for us but doesn't make much sense for NJ. image

    Fire sale? Or, maybe the owners just don't want to invest much in the team until they move to Brooklyn.
