I'm having trouble sending PM's can somebody help?

I click on the icon for PM's (I have done this dozens of times in the past and it worked fine) the window pops up and I type in the screen name of the person I want to PM and click on send message and the screen goes away! WHAT AM I DOING WRONG????????????????

Isn't that what it's supposed to do? I don't recall.

Funny, I've never sent a PM that way. I either go to a post of theirs and click their PM icon, or I go into "history," find one of their PMs to me and hit reply. I suggest that you try one of those methods.

MFH sent me a PM and suggested that I turn off any "pop-up" blocker that I have. I did that and now it works just like he suggested.

Yeah, thats the way its worked for me all the time, except in the beginning, it would say error, so I would just click it out, but it still sent.
