The guy just pounded me on some 61 topps high #s raw this evening. Is he a player on the '61 scene?

    Thats Chet Woods. Good guy from NYC and whenever I see him in Fort Washington he has a pawful of loose leaf pages at Set Builders tables - rifling through 7 or 8 different books to complete raw sets. So, I'm betting that 61 is one of those sets.

    Chet is a great guy and avid collector. I have had quite a few dealings with him on ebay in the past.
