PCGS needs to post the date they receive your coins and then post (in bold print) the date you start receiving free submissions. I'm sure the software could handle it.

I am working on day 24 of a 15 day submission, from what I can see there were 2 shows this month 3 days each I guess?

Add 6 days to the 15 days and my addition comes to 21 days. Were there more shows days than this?

At least now with this new information on the submission page, you know you will need to add 10 days to a submission.

Yes, and no. PCGS also adds in travel time. Basically any show just kills that entire week.
