Does PSA grade down for rough edges on OPC?

I bought a single pack of 1978 OPC cards at the National for $9 and pulled these 3 cards. The Bench looks gorgeous, a little diamond, but rough OPC style edges... do they take off for that? If they don't, would this card qualify for a 9 based on the centering the way it is? It's a shame the other cards were miscut so badly. Are they worth submitting for qualified grades? None of the backs are miscut any worse than the fronts.

If you just want them slabbed, go for it. But they aren't even worth the price of grading in my opinion.
I have a few baseball 1979 opc psa 9 cards that have mild rough cuts. PSA seems to allow it as long as the centering is good and the corners are strong.
Centering is the big issue by far on the OPC cards and the Bench seems as well centered as they usually can get- I would submit it if you think the corners are 9 quality.
I picked up some centered 1979 OPC commons, minor stars at the National for about .50 a pop that I will be submitting later this year for hopes of a 9. They were real nice cards and the dealer said they were taken directly from vending, not wax. My experience with the 1979 OPC is that cards from wax are usually BAD with horrible centering, stains, and rough cutting. Each pack will generate about 2 decently centered cards but odds are those 2 cards will have at least 1 bad corner. However, cards from vending fare better and you may be able to extrapolate this to the 1978 OPC set- if you are interested in the set I would recommend opening vending (but much harder to find)
By the way, the Brett and Ryan card are essentially worthless. Good Luck
