Error help (Another one)

Does anybody have any idea what this is?It's on a barber dime....

Also, I noticed a possible doubling on an Ike and would just like to know what you guys thought....it can be seen in all letters of DOLLAR...mostly the OLL though.

    Looks like damage to me, a deep nick that pushed the bottom part of the date up and to the right. Not a repunched date, if that is waht you were thinking. Sorry.

    Thanks...I was leaning towards damage also but otherwise i had no idea what it might be.

    I'd have to go with damage also. But would cause that kind of damage?

    The Ike has machine doubling.

    New collectors, please educate yourself before spending money on coins; there are people who believe that using numismatic knowledge to rip the naïve is what this hobby is all about.

    The dime is damaged. Something has hit the 6 and pushed part of the metal to one side.

    The dollar in MDD, machine doubling damage, strike doubling or one of several different other names that all mean the same thing.

    Wow, I was gonna say it was doubling, but I still like the color on that coin.
