Greg Manning Auctions (Teletrade and others) forecasts record 2005 sales. Link. Looks like the increased return fee policy was a boon to one segment of the market: Manning's shareholders.

I've been editing pictures to make them within 100 KB of size. I wanted to include the label info, so I had to cut them bad boys up and paste them on the slab areas. Take a look and let me know what you think...
