Kennedy grade

Hi guys. I need your help. What do you think this grades and what is it worth. I know the pics are not high resolution images but I'll take an estimate. Ignore the rim (i accidently cropped a bit of it out.)

No way to accurately grade a proof from an image since it won't show hairlines, but it appears to be a shot DCAM. If a 67DCAM, it's about a $15 coin, if 68DCAM, about $40. If a 67CAM as Betta285 thinks, $5 or so.
