    IMHO.NO! I have always said especially with the Matte Proofs,strike should play the predominate roll in grading.That strike is excellent IMHO.

    looks 64 to me...

    those "hair lines" are scratchs on the slab surface.

    Are the white spots on the coin or the slab. If on the slab, then it looks undergraded to me; however, if they're on the coin then I can understand the grade. P.S. nice coin!
