And, as usual, they have a plethora of Two Centers but not the one I need.

They have a couple hundred Morgans, but not the two I need in the grades I want. One interesting part is a 92-S in MS63PL, in a rattle holder.

They must be listing the JFS set separately. Good auction for errors.

Wow, no kidding. Not much in the way of clips, but where have you ever seen an off-center 1859 Indian or 1909-S-VDB cent before? I think I've seen a few of the coins listed before, but most of the consignments look fresh. Now I wish I was going to Pittsburgh to see them all up close.

  • I put my 1966 SMS Cameo Lincoln up in that auction, it's up to a whole $1 already. Now if I can just find something to spend all that profit on image

By my count, the JFS collection consists of 371 coins, not in excess of 6000 as per BigE's comments.

  • I can see why Big E might have said there were over 6000 lots in the JFS Collection. When you click on View Lots under the JFS Collection at the Heritage homepage they inexplicably show the lots available at all auctions not just the JFS lots. Just an IT glitch.

This glitch has been a problem for at least a year.

Take a look in the Lincolns, there's plenty o'beef there. At least one coin will sell for 40-50K and several into the 20-25k range.
