I can't see a clear date at all. I was trying to see if the bottom tail feather pointed between the "I" and "C" in AMERICA, or between the "C" and "A" (if the latter, it's 1886 or later), but I can't even tell that. And I'm skeptical that I could see the shallow part of the "N" in the word "ONE" on a genuine 1877. Could be, but it seems highly suspicious on that basis.

I can make out once cent on the reverse and see some of the wreath. I struggle with the date though.
