Got my first coins graded!!! What yall think???

I know you may be saying, "why the hell did he get that garbage graded" Keep in mind I dont have a huge budget and these where sent in to verify that they were authentic. I paid 22 bucks for the 39DDR, 1932-s was a gift, 172.50 for the 72 DDO, die 1 of course, and 125 for the 84 DDO, I think I did okay, what do you guys and gals think?

P.S. The seller that ripped me off for 134.50 fot the 10g gold bar got 130.50 in funds seized(all he had I guess) and credited back to my account. I'll take a 4 dollar lesson over a 134 dollar lesson any day of the week!!

First it sure looks like you did well! And quite a nice gift, too!
  • I think a '32-S Quarter is definately a good thing to have slabbed... image Overall looks like a nice submission... image

  • I sure wish I had a 72 DDO in 65RD to go with that 84, maybe soon, what do you guys and gals think the 72 in 63RB is worth?? I don't want to sell it but I didn't see it listed in the PCGS price guides.

    Best Regards,

  • Thanks for the welcome, and you are right, it is all about fun. The reason I posted the garbage part is after reading some posts on the boards, some "dealers" don't see the point in grading non MS-99 image coins and I just wanted to avoid the flack. People on the boards are for the most part good, I have just seen a few bad give people a hard time and like you said that isn't what this is about. So thanks for all the feedback.

    Best Regards,

    Jeff
