Anyone ever sniped a Heritage Internet-only auction?

I have my eye on a coin in the auction ending tonight, I plan to be online to snipe it manually. I've had some problems on eBay with the clock being erratic within a minute of the auction close, in one case it said I placed a bid after the auction ended even though the clock had over 20 seconds on it when I hit the button. I [i/DO NOT want to miss this coin tonight, so I was hoping someone with some experience sniping the Heritage auctions can give me an idea what to expect.

Incomplete planchets wanted, especially Lincoln Cents & type coins.

I traced the coin to 2 prior Heritage internet auctions--not a bad deal, they make $300 every time it sells and is returned.
Needless to say, I won't go near a Heritage internet auction ever again!!
