Do circulated Jeffersons with full steps have any kind of premium?

These would have to be purchased raw.
I doubt there is much of a market for them, unless you're talking about
something like a 53-S, 54-S, 60-D, 61-D, or some other date where the
FS population is very low or non-existant.

ranges of XF in many cases but might pick up some nicks which would prevent
them from being technically FS. The newer ones may keep them even longer
since they are better defined.
There are a few collectors for these but I've never seen any evidence of a market.

PCGS Grades AU58 FH Standing Liberty quarters. Why not Jeffersons?
