Candidate for my next registry

I think I've figured out what my next big challenge will be. I've always really liked the Topps All-Star Rookie cards, with the little trophies on them. As far as I know, topps still does these, so it would be kind of cool do do as an ongoing project. Unlike the Ryan registry, this would be a more concrete set, and the majority of the cards would easily be affordable. One of the things that appeals to me is that like the Ryan set, this will be a good cross section of the sets from vintage to present day. Anybody know what year these started? I know they were around in 68 at the earliest - and also does anybody know if there were any years they were not included?
