I was trying to say something about Frattlaw and something he said about modern coin grading.

Wasn't he the guy for whom I said I'd personally pay his entry fee if he participated in the World Series of Grading, and I would personally give him a chack for $1,000 if he qualified for the finals in Pittsburgh? I forget who that was. Whoever it was, I don't think he ever showed up to take test.
