I won Ebay item # 5104002359 from Ebayer Steve_Carolyn on June 29th. I paid via Paypal on 7/2. The total cost was $4. I have not received the card yet, and I have emailed the seller 3 times without a response. Today, after looking for more Garrard rookies, I came across my item relisted. It is now under # 5111514817. Unless he did not receive any of my 3 emails, I cannot understand. Their feedback is not the greatest. I finally emailed them once more today. How doe sit look to you guys?

    Just get your money back from Pay Pal and go on. All his negs show he does this all the time. That and his bad scans allow him to sell crappy and damaged cards. Here is my favorite negative that he got.

    It's possible that he never got your e-mails or you never got his.. but at any rate you should have or still should do the request contact information thing from ebay. Then you'll have his phone number. Give him a call to see wtf.. good luck.. at least it wasn't a high priced item.

    Get your money back from PayPal and also report him to eBay... last I checked it was fraudulent to attempt to sell an item that has already been bought by another buyer.

    Even if he didn't get your emails, he would definitely have gotten an email from PayPal showing you paid. This guy is scum, or at best extremely unorganized. That pi$s-poor photo shows how much care he puts into his business.

    I think you should try contact information first. His scans are terrible, but his feedback is 99%, which is pretty good for someone with a lot of feedbacks. If you can't get in touch with him, then get your money from paypal.

    Multiple negs from the same users is what has kept his rating high. I would ask for a refund, neb him, and move on. image

    Thanks all. I just went on the Ebay Live Help, and filed a report. They said that since it is under $25, it is not eligible for the Buyer Protection Program. It is not about the $$$ at all, but to think that sellers can keep listing $1-$20 cards and screwing the buyers since it is under $25, is absurd!!!

    That is a major negative of Ebay. They should protect you no matter what the cost of the item.

    I just received his contact info, and I will try calling him right now. He owns his own card store it seems.

    Holy mother, that's a horrible picture. Blurry on purpose? I wouldn't have bid. Anyway, he may or may not be screwing you on your purchase. But as far as the same photo being used, it's possible he has multiples and just didn't want to scan it again. Which is silly on a raw card. When you're selling a dozen identical PSA 10's, I can understand.

    I tried calling the phone number that Ebay provided, and it has been disconnected. I bet his email is invalid now also. I will contact Ebay once again to let them know this.

    He does have 2 different scans, but both are blurry. 1 is on a table, and the other on a black marble background. It doesn't matter, this guy is trying to screw me.

    Thanks Stone! I filed a report with the Ebay Live Chat, but I need to wait a few more days to file a Fraud Report. 30 days from the auction end. I just left him a neg though. Bum!
