Hello,
I recently bought $25 in submission supplies and used my Visa to pay. I later found out that I was billed 2x's for the same purchase, which I later found out was a computer error. I notified your customer service and it was dealt with swiftly, which the lady was very nice. I received my supplies and then the next day and w/o ordering it, I received the latest issue of the PCGS pop report! I'm assuming that this was sent to me for free and for saying "I'M sorry" by PCGS for the small problem with the double billing.
I want to say THANKYOU very much as this was a very nice gesture on behalf of PCGS.
