Based on the pics Unc details scratched net AU . Some of those lines in the right obverse field look like scratches.

If those aren't scratches, then I would go with proof 62

PR-50 through PR-58. I can't see this coin getting 60 or better with all of the scratches on the obv. Nice color though, 'cept for the lower rev.

Don't use the flat stars when you grade this. This isn't wear.
The lack of centrils on stars 8 thru 13 are the diagnostic for the proof. They are all this way.
