Just curious if anyone has had any type of dealings with this person. I do not know any more information other then name and city state. Are they or have they been a dealer/collector/store owner.

Nevermind. He is the "owner" of FGS grading card company. He also sells his own graded cards under:

import-export-co on Ebay.

(I actually think I have bought from him....)
