1861-S Seated Liberty 50c Toned - what do you think?

I got this one in the mail today. The obverse is a solid gold tone and the reverse is an orange/red blue - almost the colors of PVC damage
Any opinions? Cleaned and re-toned, PVC, AT, NT, grade?

Buy it, melt it, and get that coin off the market.

You'd have to get it *real* cheap, because about the only way to "restore" this one is to make it a pocket piece until it's VG or so...
I also love to go through rolls to find coins.
