any thoughts , seller looks legit but using a Mile High Scan in this auction

This guy has bought cards from some really good sources like Mickeys, Legacy, Sandiegowill, and even a different card from Milehigh - is it possible he bought this card from them a while back under a different ID and saved the scan? I didn't find that card in his purchase history unless I missed it. Perhaps a quick note to the seller?

thanks, I'll probably just pm him, the card is from mile highs last auction , I remember it in the catalog and the print on the back of the scan .
