Would anybody suspect PVC damage on this morgan?

When I see coins that were "slabbed" in this plastic material approximately 15-20 years ago, I always wonder if there's any danger of PVC problems. Does anybody know about these old AGA plastic holders? In this particular case, there appears to be a light greenish patch on the upper left wing, and there might be some darker hazing in front of liberty's nose and chin. Does this look suspect, or would initial PVC problems have a different look?

I don't really know. However, if it is PVC, it's not to the point where it can't be cured. PVC does tend to show up easier in photos than you would think. The green kinda jumps out.

Not a bad looking coin as far as I can tell...

The wing tip looks suspicious to me.
