WTB: Type coins for my personal collection

I want to buy some PCGS or NGC certified coins for my collection. They must be original. I prefer dark gray silver coins to dipped "white" coins, no cleaned coins or coins with graffiti. I like the grades AU and MS 63 and the $500 price but will consider anything. The challenge is I don't want to pay more than %20 over greysheet ask.
