1968 Nolan Ryan PSA 9 -- not!

I see this listing on eBay, thinking no way I will be high bidder but I want to look at it. No place in the title or description does it say reprint. He implies that it's genuine by saying he's acutioning off his "rare and valuable" cards.
The white reverse gives it away immediately if you know your '68s, and if you look VERY close at the lower right reverse corner you'll see "reprint." You have to click on the thumbnail to make the fine print on the reverse even close to legible, however, which I bet the person who bid the opening price of $9.99 did not do.
This is one of the many lies of omission we see on ebay. They don't specifically claim it's real, but they hint strongly that it is, and they certainly don't say that it's not. This one at least made the reverse available -- perhaps so he could say "You should have looked carefully at the reverse." And of course claiming PSA 9 in the title pulls everybody in. All he needs is one of those everybodies to pay $10 or more (plus $4 postage) for his $1 reprint.

Seller will then counter with card shown in scan is a reprint.
You then point out to paypal/ebay and your CC that he intended to decieve by using a different title and picture.
You will get your $$ back and you might get lucky and get him NARU on Ebay.

'flap, maybe you're right and he's a sucker trying to recover his money, and so the wheel turns. Life's a b*tch and eBay even more so. You get scammed, you try to get even with the scammer... not turn around and scam somebody else.

"It's come to my attention that this is a reprint."
Gee, I can't wait to see the rest of his "rare and valuable" cards.
I'm glad at least a couple would-be victims backed out before it was too late. He ignored my email, but then more from you guys hit his mailbox and he knew he was busted. Good job.
