Should I post a pic of a damaged coin in a 3rd party slab?

I have some very damming evidence. It is graded MS64 and it has severe damage. It has a Toned and PQ obverse but the reverse looks like it was hit with a B-B and someone tried to scratch it out.....no kidding......serious scratches surround the indent(or a defective planchet error). Am I better to let this one die or post pics for the peanut gallery naming names? BTW it's not ACG/AGC? or NTC. I was offered a refund but was very PO'd that it was graded with such a huge flaw. I don't need a legal battle and the seller seems to be willing to make everything right but this company is shameful in my opinion and needs to be exposed.

BRING ON THE EVIDENCE!
You wanted a legal opinion? OK, here goes, post the picture. By the way, rely on my advice at your own risk.
I think you are letting your icon go to your head.
What you say with it is where one can find problems.
There are many coins in 3rd party holders that shouldn't be, and slip through the cracks...........AT'd, rim filed, tooled, lasered, counterstamped, carbon spots scratched off, puttied, etc, etc.
