    Young Numismatist that collects: Morgan Dollars, SAE, Proof Sets, and Liberty Nickels.
    I also love to go through rolls to find coins.

    AU-55 for detail; either AT or dipped and naturally retoned (same difference). Value should be in between XF and AU money. Wouldn't send it to PCGS.

    Cleaned and Artificially Retoned AU net XF.

  • No luster and hairlines -- cleaned
    Light luster especially around devices with little or no hairlines -- wiped with jewelers cloth
    Light luster in fields with no hairlines -- dipped
    It does appear to have naturally retoned from either being in an album or envelope, cannot give an accurate grade guess without seeing what kind of luster it has, does appear to have little rub.

    I agree. The condition is beside the point with toning like that.
