Is the PSA case tamperproof???

I am wondering how tamperproof the PSA case is. A lot of the cases have small scratches on the side. Some of the cases have PSA stickers on the back, and some don't. Is there an obvious sign when a case is tampered with? Is it impossible to tamper with the case? Just wondering.

    Since WIWAG I think they have made it more difficult, if not impossible, to tamper with the holders. However, where there's a will, there's a way. If some unscrpulous character wants to, they'll find a way! image

    PSA cases are NOT TAMPER PROOF they are however TAMPER EVIDENT
