Ebay no longer makes bidder/seller contact info available

I am trying to contact a bidder that has not paid for an item that closed over three weeks ago...and I go to site map to find the link, just like I have done in the past...and can't find anything, the only thing I see is this...

http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/unpaid-item.html

What the heck?

It sucks and is a pain in the A$$. If you want the winning bidders email of one of your auctions you have to wait for the "end of auction" email from ebay and the bidders email will be inside.

    Morris, use this link:

    Contact Info
  • I thought sellers automatically had access to a bidders email address as soon as a bid is place. Or is this something else?

Yes, they do. In the bid history, just click "View page with email addresses".

  • You should be able to see all the Buyers info. Name address etc.
Just go to your Items I've sold, then click on View Payment Status. There it should show all the info.
To just email the Buyer, do a Find a Member search and click on Contact Member.
What is the Buyers Name ? I can find him for you.
