Any chance of PCGS providing FTP capability to upload pictures?

I checked with our IT department and their answer was NO for the following reason...

"The upload tools already provide allow us to limit file sizes and insure reasonable page load times. Allowing FTP would dramatically effect overall performance if large images were uploaded."

If you have any further questions that are IT related please call customer service as I am totally challenged technologically and don't really understand any of the above.
