Please Help me grade this Ike... Let's Try again!

Please Help me grade this Ike and Comment on whether you think it is worth slabbing or left raw (for Resale Value) I bought it cheep image
This is only my second Ike so I don't have Much to go by.
The Obverse has some tiny scattered very light frost break ticks none deep or distracting.
The First pic showes the ticks what they look like in hand without tilting the second showes what they look like while tilting.
The Reverse has even fewer light ticks.

Totally Frosty Coin with some Light Gold Toning on the Obverse. 100% Original Skin.

Thanks,
Scott

MS64, maybe MS65. Not worth slabbing, IMO

AU to me it might just be the photos, but there appears to be some slight rub on the hair above the ear and on the jaw line just below the ear and on the ear lobe in the center. On the reverse there appears to be some rub on the eagles left and right wing at the joint, with some on the head, breast and left leg. JMHO

Would this be a 1973 S, silver clad that wasn't proof. If mint figures are right, the mintage would be just over 800,000. Looks MS-63 to me. Wonder how many of these 73 S silver clad Ike's non proof that were released for circulation, are on the market today ?? image

I do not see anything but little bitty red Xs. "Show Picture" does not work. Did you already delete them?

I guess it is very hard to grade by pic? there is no Rub there is light gold toning on the coin in certain areas. The coin has a Satin Luster almost like a modern SAE. Even loking at it under a loop it is so clean and frosty and no big hits. Next to a 66 morgan this coin looks to me like a 67! I bought it raw not in a mint blue pac. I like it alot I guess thats what count's image

Well - you really can't look at a Morgan and an Ike that was never meant to circulate and compare the two gradewise. The grading services are a lot tougher on Non Circulating Legal Tenders than they are on regular business strikes, so as far as your Ike is concerned, which shows the typical rub marks you see on many of these dates, I would say it would go MS65 tops.

In addition, morgans are silver, which is much softer than clad.

Don't get it graded. It's worth greysheet bid at best. Maybe a 65 on a good day.
