HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE PCGS TO UPDATE POP REPORTS FOR COINS GRADED TODAY?

Just curious to know how long it takes.
For example: A dealer makes a PCGS MS67 Washington Quarter with a current pop of 3/0.
He advertises it as such, knowing that the pop is now 4/0.
He is able to do this because he knows that the pop reports will not be updated for XYZ days.
Any thoughts?

They changed that about three months ago. They're now updated on Mondays.
