Collector club gradings and guarantees?

Hey David,

Wondering about the coin gradings and guarantees for members (the gradings that one gets for paying the fee and joining as a Gold/Platinum member)....

I sent coins that were entered into the system and showed as 6/4/04.
Coin grades were posted 7/7/04 at the earliest.
Coins were shipped 7/8/04.

I was told that these gradings are 30 calendar days. So, does that mean the guarantee wasn't met?
Should I ask/get some free gradings to make up for this?

PS....I noticed that other people are posting and asking about times on these gradings...I have seen some thinking 15 days (calendar) and some thinking 30 days (calendar).

Hi Ron,

We do not have guarantees on the Collectors Club freebies. The turn around times are estimates. We can't really give freebies on freebies.
