Over the last few days, I've spent much of my time dealing with Cosetta and Gayle from PSA. They have been pleasant, competent, and extremely knowledgable. It was a great experience, and I'd like to thank them publicly. They were wonderful.

    I've dealt mostly with Cosetta on set registry additions and submission questions. She's always been very quick to answer my questions as well as unfailingly pleasant. Kudos!

    The Set Registry people are great! Too bad I can't say the same for Customer Service.

    Yes, they are excellent. There was a similar thread on this subject a few weeks ago with many kudos for the set registry team.

    I'll chime in as another voice of support for Cosetta. She always replied to my e-mails promptly & with good humor, and helped me sort out a problem with my '61 Topps Angels set, as well. She went out of her way to get my set edits approved quickly. Nice job! image

    The girls definetly rock.

    I've dealt with BJ the most.On a few occasions she was working through the weekend and I was surprised to catch her then.I hope she gets paid well since she busts her hump managing the registry.

    BJ and Cosetta have been above and beyond with their willingness to help me. And that does include emails on the weekend. Thank you very much for your hard work.
