Ebay: Final value credit new format

How do I file for the final value credit with the new ebay format? Anyone knows? Please tell me step by step starting from clicking "view". I don't know where to find the "reasons" like never sent payment, never contact, etc. I filed last July 9. Auction ended last June 29. Buyer claimed he never bidded (yeah right!).

    Snowball, go up to "site map" on top of the Ebay page. Then in the middle column under "Manage My Items for Sale"; you will see under that "Report An Unpaid Item". It will take you step by step there. I hate the new format. It blows!

    EEK, Thanks. I successfully filed the Final value credit. One more strike he's out. He got one NPB last month according to neg FB he received.
