There are some nice items, but did anyone notice his shiping charges? $12.00 USPS shipping charge to ship a 1941-P PCGS MS65 Washington quarter????

As I told you in a PM -- as a general rule of thumb all packages are shipped via USPS Registered Mail/Insured/Return Receipt Requested, which always costs me $12 plus. For inexpensive coins, such as the 1941-P Washington quarter to which you refer, I would be flexible in regard to the method of shipping to save you money.
