OK Lucy, that image is 60kB. Did you put the URL for the image inbetween the [IMG] functionality? Or what?

Since you are trying to use Fotopic.Net, this is as specific an answer as you will ever get...

[IMG]http://images.fotopic.net/?id=6014570[/IM]

Replace the "6014570" with the number for your picture (from Fotopic) and you are good to go. Put a "G" behind the "/IM". I took it out to show the text (just like LucyBob did in the previous post).
