Welcome to the wonderful world of third party grading of bust coins. Land of the "Who cares if it has rub, it's PREETY!" With the scratches, properly graded by amount of wear (but no downgrade for flaws.) Without the scratches this coin would now be in a NGC 62, maybe 63 holder.

Just because I'm old doesn't mean I don't love to look at a pretty bust.
well I always like the cap bust coin but half dime are to small for and old man like me to see wiyhout a glass. the toning is awsome. for that money it a good deal, but I won't bid to much more on it.
I hate it when you see my post before I can edit the spelling.
