I don't think it makes it, I see a little nick on the bottom band and a little chatter on the stem. PCGS has been getting tough on full bands lately. If you can get it cheap you may want to take a shot.

I think the lower band looks like it may not make it.

Looks like it, but beware of that shiny spot on the lower band

I think that this con is 100% FB's and here is why: The area that Mistercoinman is refering to looks like a reflection. There is a small band of reflection that is on the knob of the torch and its identical to the reflection thats on the right side of the lower bands. IMHO I don't think thats a nick of anykind.

    Although I could be wrong.

I have bought many Roosies off Teletrade where the photo led me to believe
that the coin was a no brainer FB. I have returned 70% of them. Of course
the other 30% have made it well worth it. Is this one going to be part of
the 70% or part of the 30%.....image

    Hi Rainbowroosie:

Can't tell from the scan, but you clearly have a shot at full banding. I guess you'll find out when you see the coin. I'll be curious.

    Good luck!

I'll join-in and say from the picture, the answer is "no"....but I'd say the consigner probably knows and the eventual buyer will also find out. As Nick noted, will it be part of the 30% or 70% group........

There are also a few other beauties in that same sale - coins that a toning specialist would truly enjoy - check it out (no, I'm not the consigner of any of them - so this is not a shameless plug on my part).

Here's one for comparision: Bytheway - although the picture doesn't show them because of reflection, the vertical lines on the torch of this particular coin are very well defined. I would say that the coin in question does have a shot at FB/FT designation.
