Kennedy "Guess the Grade" w/ a Prize

This one was, admittingly, found in a sack full of circulated 90% Kennedies. It stood out a bit.
What would you grade it? It'll be going into PCGS or NGC soon and it'll be interesting to compare their grade to yours.

I will add this:

IF it gets bagged, I'll draw a name, at random, from the guesses and award the prize that way. Somebody will win, regardless.
-I honestly don't believe it will get bagged though. It has a bit of a more natural look than photo'ed and the rim dings appear exaggerated.

I just found the "perfect" prize too... the new owner will be pleased!

Sorry Pat, but before I saw anyone's answers the first thing that came to mind was BB'd for excessive rim damage. I agree with the majority. Body bagged.
