1831 Half Dollar, Overton 113, Rarity Factor

I just acquired a 1831 Capped Bust Half. The Overton Variety is 113. The coin is XF-AU and is very original. I have been told the rarity factor is R-4. Any ideas on whether this particular variety is common or sarce.

It is a middle of the road R-4. There are about 125 to 150 known examples. A nice XF should draw about a 25% premium over a common variety.

Just because I'm old doesn't mean I don't love to look at a pretty bust.
