That Wash quarter looks like a slabbed grape. Are these both NT??

I had thought that PCGS / David Hall made a statement a ways back regarding all these deep cobalt blue moderns, and how they were not going to holder them any longer.

The lincoln should be PR64 RWBGETC Red/White/Blue/Green/etc.
