The number one shows the buck teeth but I don't know what caused the mark over the "L" in liberty. image

    Bugs Bunny Frankie:

    Franklin Looks as though he has buck teeth.(Breen,p.417) Probably the result of die chips or clash marks.


    Here's and overlay I found on the web that shows some detail how the error occured.

    Coinguy89.....It is a clashed die that makes Franklin look like he has fangs. The "fangs" are really the tips of the eagles wings from the reverse.

    Not really rare but it yet another error coin the mint had produced over timeimage

    That's a cool looking Bugs Bunny - I like that dot in the L. It must've been a perfectly round die chip or something along those lines that just popped off there - pretty cool! image
