These are the guys who try to get away with the "Nigerian Bank Account Scam". Basically, thousands of people are trying to do this, so some people in the States play along with thema nd get them to do stupid things, and take some funny pictures with the promise that as soon as they do so, they will receive a bank wire for hundreds of thousands of dollars. Keep in mind that these scammers are rarely in on the joke, and they think that they need to do these things to pull off the scam. Go to trophy gallery for a taste - hilarious.
If we could just figure out a way to do something like this to the people who scam cards on ebay....
