I have a couple of them. Every one I've seen has been graded PR64.

do they generally look better than 64 ?
i just wanted a sample,got sucked into his scheme in the late 80's and managed to get out with my skin.
Fact is i worked with his brother in the late 90's.
grading wasnt the problem,i believe HTRC offered to have everything graded at NGC,i think he was kinda setting the values himself and inflating returns,AKA PONZI.
He is still in biz ! somewhere near HRH

The two I have are better, PR66 and PR67.
