    What is MCI?

  • That's crazy! Are the Bengals out of there mind? I don't think the best way to get people in the seats it to sue people. I only live three hour from Cincinnati and i have tickets to four games this season but thank God i never bought season tickets or i may be on my way to court.image

If you sign a contract that says I am going to pay you for your tickets, pay for the tickets. There are consequences to breaching a contract.

Without reading the entire content of the letter, I don't think any of us can comment one way or the other.

I always thought you paid for the "rights" to the seats and it was up to the buyer to purchase season tickets each season or to "give up there seats". When i read the artical i thought the people were just trying to give up the seats and the Bengals were trying to force them to purcase the season tickets.

Have the Bengals employed Rick Snyder or Mint State Inc. to handle this matter for them??
